Aerial Yo‍‍‍ga

An extremely accessible practice that can help you find more length in your spine and safe alignment throughout your body. In this form of yoga you’re suspended off the ground in an aerial yoga “silk” or hammock, it supports your weight, whilst easing pressure, it can provide pain relief, create space in your joints, decrease compression in your spine, and help you find more mobility. You may not be used to hanging upside down, but you can invert in the hammock without putting pressure on your head or spine as you would in classic yoga inversions, therefore experiencing all the benefits which are unavailable to many in a regular yoga class. It is a fantastic tool for finding better alignment, in almost any yoga pose, which you can take back to your mat.
